Restocking fees apply as described below.
There is a 20% restocking fee on any returns that are "made to order". Please consider the ready to ship sections if you think you’ll need to make a return.
We don’t offer exchanges. We can offer store credit in lieu of a refund, the 20% restocking fee on made to order will still apply in this case.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event we provide a pre paid return label the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Returns that are posted back after one week of receipt in the original packaging will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee per week up to 4 weeks maximum in the event the item was held for a gift occasion or received when on vacation etc. Alternatively we can issue store credit on orders returned up to 30 days after receipt that have remained in the packaging, the 20% restocking fee on anything made to order will still apply on late returns. We can not accept any returns after 30 days in consideration of our home and our other customers even if it has remained in the packaging. If you are planning on holding your order for a given amount of time to give as a gift please request that we hold shipping so it arrives in time to request a return within 7 days of shipping receipt. In certain situations I may not be willing to hold the order such as during the Black Friday sale and the month of December when that item could be sold to another customer. What I am trying to avoid with the 7 day return policy is returned clothing that has been exposed to pests, odors, laundering, stains and other damage that can not be re sold.
Returns with any odors or stains of moisturizer, perfume, smoke etc and/or signs of laundering will be rejected and sent back to the customer or donated.
International orders that are refused or unclaimed at customs will be donated, I do not accept a return on these orders but will re ship the items if shipping charges are paid for by the buyer.
Panties and sets with panties are final sale items, no exceptions.
Special order custom sized orders such as half size or split size are final sale items.
Returns will take 1-3 weeks to process. Be sure to include the RA# within the package to expedite the process.
